The benefits of running in people

I try to open the eyes of people that have cardiac problems because this is the most important sickness that take the life person, but first of all, I will try to say the difference between jogging and running, and the meaning because these two concepts are misinterpreted, jogging is running slowly, and running or sprinting that is running fast, next I try to say that running is one of the best activities most people can do to improve their health. Running regularly can help with weight loss, also has social benefits but in generally most of people running or jogging for stay healthy.

The benefits of vigorous exercise are well described. The American College of Sports Medicine Position Statement made a study about how moderate running improve health, it was shown in one study that individuals who ran more than 50 miles per week had significantly greater increases in HDL cholesterol, the good fat, and significantly greater decreases in body fat, triglyceride levels, and less risk of coronary heart disease than individuals who ran less than 10 miles per week.
Weight loss is one of the biggest reasons why people start running. As one of the most vigorous exercises out there, running is an extremely efficient way to burn calories and drop pounds. Running burns about 100 calories per mile for a 150-pound person. Because running also builds muscle mass, your resting metabolism will increase, which means that you'll burn more calories at rest. If you combine running with a healthy diet, you'll definitely notice a difference in the way you look and feel.
One of the benefits that people don’t pay attention is the social aspect because many people like to socialize and be part of a running community. Running clubs and charity training groups give people the opportunity to meet and train with other people. Some runners participate in local events or travel to race destinations with their running buddies.
Finally, I said recommend you if you change your habits of food take care of it because that will be affect your weight and cardiac system.
