Often Video games have been considered as an addiction and a negatively influence in child’s behavior but also there are positive aspects saying that video games stimulate the intelligence and reflexes of the child.

The video games, used responsibly and with contents adapted for the kid’s age, can contribute to the good development of the child , videogames help him to understand the team work and to respect the rights of another person.

Some people say that a video game with violent scenes and mature contents as " grand theft auto ", " doom ", resident evil ", and others, can develop in the individual a very low border towards the crimes , with a trend towards the problems. Everything depends of autoesteem, behavior, aptitudes and physical and mental skills of the individual.

The violent scenes can influence a child, under psychological studies, the children who play violent titles, can have activities and violent thoughts.

Indeed this facts can be true but the parents have the responsibility to choose carefully a game with the appropriate content, and being present when the child is playing in order to clear any doubt of the child.


Some video games present big challenges, these games demand major intellectual exigency and have diverse advantages, as making a plan, since the kid, faces a great quantity of alternatives where he has to value his options, and use his imagination.

Besides video games need, a special action and reaction, this sue a major exigency to the kid,and some of the video games have historical contents that turn out to be even educational.


The practice of these systems collaborates in the exercise of the imagination, they promote a clarity in the goals that the child proposes to realize, and this helps concentration.


In conclution videogame can be very helpfull to stimulate the kid’s intelligence and reflexes .But i insists on the need that the video games that the minors use should be supervised by the parents, to prevent the children from having access to games with not suitable content for his age.
